Terms of Service for Lednari

Welcome to Lednari. We provide document workflow automation services, digital materials and related goods through lednari.com. By accessing or using any offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Lednari offers consulting, implementation and support for document workflow automation tailored to client needs.

2. Information Products

Digital assets including templates, guides and training modules designed to enhance automated workflows.

3. Physical Products

Printed kits, hardware components and peripherals related to automation solutions.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Accepted methods are credit card, debit card and other options as displayed at checkout.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may cancel a scheduled service by providing at least 7 days notice prior to the start date for a full refund of paid funds, less any transaction fees. If cancellation is requested with less than 7 days notice, no refund will be issued, but the service may be rescheduled once at no extra charge, subject to availability. If Lednari cancels a service, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

5.2 Information Products

Requests for a refund of digital purchases must be made within 14 days of the purchase date and only if the content has not been downloaded or accessed. To initiate a refund, contact our team via Contact Us. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5.3 Physical Products

Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. A handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount. To arrange a return, contact our team via Contact Us. Once received and inspected, a refund for the purchase price less the handling fee will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. No Refund Services

Certain custom consultation sessions and bespoke integration projects are non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments. These non-refundable designations will be clearly stated prior to purchase and no refunds will be provided for such services once booked.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software and materials provided by Lednari are the property of Lednari Pte Ltd and are protected by copyright laws. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license for internal use only.

8. Modification of Terms

Lednari reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be published on lednari.com. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
